Yes you may like the concept of assisted suicide/euthanasia but the administration of A02383 and the non-transparent laws in OR, WA, CA and CO brightly provide immunity for predators (corporations, strangers, caregivers, heirs, guardians…) to complete the killing all before the family knows. To cut through the double speak just replace the 8 times “self administer” is proclaimed in A02383 with “covertly administrated by anyone”. That anyone gains instant immunity.
The ordinary witness to the administration was omitted which eviscerates all the window dressing “safeguards”.
The death certificates are required to be falsified effectively scrubbing the record to increase cover leaving no data for ordinary research that protects privacy.
The reference polls used are concept push polls that do not reflect the reality of covert administration that can hide organ trafficking.
Finally physician assisted suicide is a felony in Montana. No one doctor, nurse, stranger, caregiver, heir, guardian or corporation has immunity here.
